I started getting some ideas in my head the moment a link to DeepSwaper slid into my DMs the other day. The name alone told me much of what I needed to know, despite the missing P. Perhaps the misspelling is just a result of a crowded marketplace and taken titles, kind of like how you had to tack some extra numbers at the end of your name when you signed up for your email address. It could also be an intentional branding thing, dropping a letter a la Flickr so it sticks out in your head. Whatever the case, I bet you guessed what it actually does when you read it.

DeepSwaper.net is an instant deepfake maker than can let you swap faces like some kind of pornographic wizard, along with some other neat, titillating tricks like an image-to-video generator. The deepnude genre has been around for a while now, but it’s only recently that the consumer-ended apps could really deliver something worth busting out the lube for. We have AI to thank for that, which kind of puts me at ease about the whole existential threat of robotic overlords taking over the world. If they’re going to give us toys like this, I might be cool with it.

Swapping Faces with DeepSwaper

I started off simple with a tight screengrab showing Becky Summer’s face and a full-body photo of Ali Jones kneeling, both from PornDudeCasting. Then I tapped the Face Swap button and waited just a few seconds for a remarkably realistic fake. The new chimera babe has Becky’s face with no apparent seam lines or weird pixels around the edges, and I love how DeepSwaper matched Ali’s original skin tone for a perfect fit.

Emboldened, I decided to feed the AI something a bit more intensive. This time, I uploaded an 11-second clip of a naked blonde chick dancing in front of a mirror, along with a PornDudeCasting pic of Hazel Heart. No fucking shit, Deep Swaper processed the video in under a minute, and this one looks even more like my source face than the deepfake I’d whipped up moments earlier. This thing is lightning fast and realistic as hell. The whole vid looks so natural that I’d assume it was real if I just stumbled onto it on one of the TikTok porn sites.

Undressing SFW Photos with DeepSwaper

You can also spend one credit a pop on Deep Swaper’s prompt-based AI nudifier. They actually hype it as an “AI Clothes Swapper”, which sounds much cleaner even though I undressed a photo of Catherine Knight right off the bat. You do have to highlight the clothing yourself here, but all I had to do after that was type “nude” in the box and then click the button. I’m honestly blown away by how lifelike her newly unleashed boobs are, as if the machine knew exactly what was beneath that official PornDude tee.

Since they call it a clothes changer, I figured I should at least try to do a wardrobe swap while I was here. I highlighted Summer Renee’s PornDude shirt, her little shorts and white boots, then asked to see her in bondage gear. Sure enough, the AI took her out of her skimpy but SFW outfit and put her in a set of leather straps that hide nothing.

I did run into some minor glitches as I was performing my Deep Swaper experiments. Sometimes the process would seem to hang, and I’d find the completed content under my Creations while the interface still read “Just a moment”. I also found a bad link in the member’s area header, leading to a broken clothes swapper, so I had to grab the working link from a signed-out browser. The platform’s still pretty new, so I expect these kinks will be ironed out by the time you even read this.

Turning Pictures into Porn Videos

It's a dead simple machine, with no prompts to fill out or options to select. Just upload a pic, click the Generate Video button, spend ten credits and wait. Again, it only took about a minute for the AI to come up with something, and it’s incredible. There are some signs of trickery to the trained eye, like Cara Mella’s hand flickering as she lifts her PornDude top, big tits popping out as she steps toward the camera. I absolutely fucking love the little jiggle they gave to her thigh, a subtle but highly realistic touch.

The only problem was my vertical image had been cropped into a square video, cutting out Cara’s pretty face and her legs below her knees. A widescreen shot of Eva Generosi jerking my dick was also cut with equal sides, as well as terrifying results: she casually yoinks my dick off, revealing a featureless Ken Doll crotch beneath, then pushes her hair off her chest and grabs her boob. To be fair, I didn’t have high hopes for a pic-to-vid this complex just yet, but I think it’s probably just months away.

I had the best luck with a shot I’d taken of Harley Haze and cropped into a square before putting it in the slot. The finished product is a lot like the one I’d made of Cara, only I can see her whole body and face this time. She lifts her licensed gear from the PornDudeShop to reveal a bouncy set of jugs, and I love how they gave the kneeling a girl a very natural thrust of the hips as they come out. Her facial expressions are joyful and lifelike, mouth opening and closing in a smile.

The Deep Swaper image-to-video machine seems to excel at boob stuff. The girls I uploaded wearing my shirts always lifted them, and the babes I uploaded topless would typically grab a handful or two of squishy, jiggly jug. I had mixed luck and some weirdness trying more complex, action-packed screengrabs, but like I said, I’m positive the hardcore stuff is coming soon.

DeepSwaper.net does what it says on the tin, doing a damn fine job at swapping faces in pics, vids and GIFs. There’s also a photo undresser with a prompt, giving you more flexibility than the menu-based nudifier apps out there. My favorite feature and the rarest of the bunch is the image-to-video generator, which only takes about a minute to turn a SFW shot into a realistic titty flash clip. I’m really looking forward to sticking more of my home photos in the slot as their robot continues to get smarter and hornier.
