I’m pretty sure we’ve always had the same fantasy of being able to switch out one lovely mug for another, but our daydreams were more magic-based, primitive fantasy versus modern sci-fi. The platform we’ll be looking at today steps up the game over the apps released just months ago, with video face-swapping capabilities on top of the usual photographic tomfoolery.

They’re one of the newer joints in the genre, but they’re already claiming half a million happy users, a million face swaps and five million minutes of custom deepfake video delivered. I’ve already got a stack of starter material ready to shove in the slot, so without any further ado, let’s go play with the machine.

Custom Deepfake Vids with High Limits

Of course, there is one big and very noteworthy difference on the tour here that elevates it well above the older apps. The before-and-after video preview is a fucking miracle to behold. It’s only the left and right placement that tells me which one is the edited deepfake, because they both look completely real. There are no Frankenstein seam lines or ugly pixels, and while the second chick’s got a very slightly darker complexion to her face, it still 100% fits.

AIFaceSwap.cc isn’t the very first video-capable face swapper out there. I’ve reviewed a handful here and there as the technology develops, seeing improvements along the way. One of the things that stood out to me about this platform is their big file limits. Earlier apps only worked with very short videos, the kind of content you find on the TikTok porn sites. Here, you can make a custom AI Face Swap with videos up to a gig or 30 minutes long.

This is a good point to touch on the pricing. Monthly plans are twenty bucks, with a big discount on yearly subscriptions, and come with a hundred credits every 30 days. Photo face swaps are only half a credit each, but videos will run you 5 credits per 15 seconds. In other words, you can generate five minutes of deepfake video every month. Those of you hoping to make half-hour movies will need to buy some extra credits. I wish they offered better discounts on bigger packages, but I expect prices to continue falling across the niche. Making My First AI Face Swap Photos

It's a sleek and simple little interface. On one side of the screen, I’ve got a menu of my own custom faces, opposite a menu of my own custom “Material”. I selected the face and the body I wanted and AIFaceSwap.cc flashed a cost estimate before I clicked Confirm, a nice little touch in a niche that often makes you figure out the exact prices yourself.

I spent a half credit and the incoming AI Face Swap appeared in my Task List below my menus of starter content. The AI isn’t the fastest face-swapping synthoid I’ve met yet, but I had a beautifully realistic deepfake photo in about a minute.

I’m not just impressed by how realistically they put Becky’s face on Catherine’s body. As with that preview video out front, the AI did a hell of a job with the skin complexions, too. Becky’s taken on Catherine’s tanner tone and brown eyes, a perfect fit for the brunette locks, creating a chimera pornstar as gorgeous as either real gal. I’d totally hire this chick for a scene if she ever stepped out into meat space.

Wait Till You See The Face Swapped Vids

The clip was ready in about two minutes. It’s not perfect, with some jagged pixels in a few frames, but the machine did a great job matching Catherine’s face to the original babe’s movements and expressions.

I tried again with her face and a striptease clip, which got much better results. This time, I didn’t see any obvious signs of AI shenanigans. There’s a lot more motion in this one, too, with the babe smiling, sticking out her tongue and turning to face different directions as she shakes her ass. Even when the babe’s hair swings in front of her face, there are no weird pixels or other digital noise that was typical with earlier apps.

In case it ain’t clear from my test drive, source material matters quite a bit. I’ve found a little bit of experimentation can go a long way in figuring out what content converts best, and they’ve also scattered some helpful tips around the AIFaceSwap.cc website. The machine can handle bulk face swapping tasks, but I’d recommend getting a good sense for what works before pumping the thing full of quarters.

Video Enhancement, Photo Upscaling and More

It was a similar story with their background remover, which promises to remove the background from any image with one simple click. While I have fewer immediate uses for something like that than anything that makes actual porn, I was hoping to at least test it out. Based on the sample animation, it seems like something I could use for pornstar promo photos over on my paysite. That said, AIFaceSwap is still a new site, and this sort of thing ain’t uncommon. The background scrubber and the enhancement features will probably be live by the time you read this, and with any luck, will be included on the free trial.

For my money, it’s the video face swapping capability that makes AIFaceSwap.cc so special. Most platforms are currently stuck on the still photo phase of the game, and the ones that do video often struggle with things like hair or too much movement. For a few bucks a minute, this app can seamlessly put your favorite faces in your favorite videos, with basically no effort on your part. Give it a shot and tell me I’m lying.
