My Swap Face! From the outside, MySwapFace seems like an entirely different beast than the custom deepfake porn makers I tend to review around here at ThePornDude. They’ve got some of the same features, including that vital one mentioned right in the title, but the tour page gives off an impression of wholesome vibes and SFW creations. If you’re anything like me, though, you’ll immediately wonder if you can use the machine for more perverted purposes. That was my whole goal from the moment I pulled up the site in my browser, so read on if you want to find out how well it turned out.

MySwapFace.com (also known as MyFaceSwap.ai) is exactly what it sounds like, though perhaps not what you were expecting. They’ve trained their AI not just for video face swaps, but for custom lip syncs as well. Speaking as a pervert, I was a little bit more excited by the former than the latter, but I was determined to test the limits of the pornographic possibilities. They invite you to start uploading your own content right on the front page, so that’s what I did. I put a headshot and a short video in the slot, but then they told me I had to sign up. I gave them an email address and then tried again, only to get a message saying to “Go Premium” after the supposed processing. Unfortunately, MySwapFace.com seems to be one of few such apps that doesn’t include a free trial.

Prices ain’t bad, though, and I absolutely love how My Swap Face breaks them down by the minute. Most platforms sell you a handful of credits that burn up a lot faster than you expected when you pulled out your wallet, but there’s no such guesswork here. The $10 monthly plan gets 2 GB uploads and around 13 minutes of content, while the $84 yearly plan bumps those numbers to 3 GB and 30 minutes. There’s also a $5 weekly plan for a taste, but be warned, the max resolution is only half that of the better plans.

The high file size limits are a big deal, as I’m sure a lot of the tinkerers out there have already figured out. I usually recommend a trip to my big list of TikTok Porn Sites if you’re looking for some shortform porno clips to whip into deepfakes, but with the right MyFaceSwap.ai membership, you can convert whole-ass dirty movies into the smut of your dreams.

Swapping Faces with MySwapFace

That’s why I uploaded a tightly cropped screencap from one of my recent PornDudeCasting movies. My Swap Face has an extra step included that I haven’t seen in other interfaces, but it’s easy and I think will lead to better creations; simply zoom in on whatever face you upload to cut out the extra bullshit. Once I’d tightened in on Beverly Hillson’s lovely mug, I slid the slider to ditch the MyFaceSwap.ai watermark and then tapped the Generate button.

I’m used to video face swappers taking a few minutes to convert even the shortest videos, so I was impressed when the countdown timer told me it was only going to take about 30 seconds. Unfortunately, after counting down to zero, I got a message saying it was taking too long and I should try again later. The original video popped back up on my screen.

Beverly’s face was still selected from my avatar menu, so I hit Generate again. I got the same damn error message, a frustrating little snag, but my custom creation was only a click away. I clicked the link to see My Projects, where I learned that MyFaceSwap.ai actually had converted the video both times. There’s obviously a minor glitch in the interface, but the clips did come out quickly, and they turned out beautifully.

If you’re trying to make an exact, perfectly passable deepfake of a particular somebody, you’ll probably have to experiment a bit with the pics you upload to My Swap Face. My pic of Beverly, originally with my hand around her throat, converted realistically to video, matching the motions and expressions of the original face. It doesn’t look exactly like her, though, but more like a sister. Still, I wouldn’t have guessed it was a fake had I not generated it myself.

Lip Syncing with My Swap Face

If you’re not sure what you want your gal to say, there’s an AI Suggest button that gave me the line, “Why fit in when you were born to stand out?” The bit about fitting in sounded vaguely sexual, but speaking as something of a jaded pervert, I wanted something even more explicit. “Porn Dude, you are the sexiest guy and I really love humping you,” I wrote. Then I hit Generate.

Again, the countdown timer for processing was just a matter of seconds rather than minutes. Again, I got the same message about the machine taking too long, but again, I found the newly created video under My Projects. It still took another minute to finish, with another error in the meantime, but the clip appeared after a couple page refreshes.

I have good news and bad news here. The good news is that MySwapFace can realistically make those lips match whatever you want them to say. The bad news is that my sexy Asian lady has a robotic man’s voice. “You are the sexiest guy,” she intoned in a deep timbre, “and I really love humping you.” It’s definitely a step up in realism from what we’ve been hearing from AI chat apps in recent months, but still has a mechanical tinge to it.

I’d be less upset about the synthetic cadence if it were at least a woman’s voice. Hell, I’d settle for that obnoxious TikTok lady over the dude talking dirty, but it is a very nice proof of concept. I’d bet money they’re developing a range of voices to play with, which will take the whole service to the next level. The more recent AI chat sites have integrated menus of fake voices, and I’d love to see that rolled out at MySwapFace.

I think the lip-syncing feature at MySwapFace.com might be able to help you whack off or potentially destroy the world in the near future, but right now, I’d say the video face swapping is much more useful to the average masturbator. While they’re not the only platform on the market that can put any face into any video, these guys can do it without burning your wallet into a little pile of ashes. The heavy file size limits are going to be one of the biggest draws, letting you create full-length porno movies instead of the short little nudie clips the other guys let you generate. Ten bucks a month gets you 13 minutes of full-on custom pornography, and you know what? I bet any money it gets even better as the technology and the app itself mature.
