The basic concept of a Video Face Swap is something that I think almost every pervert has envisioned as they fapped their way through the free tubes and paysites of the web. They got a hundred thousand visitors last month, which ain’t bad at all for a new site, but I wondered how many of those views could be chalked up to curiosity alone. Before I gave the joint my seal of approval, I wanted to run a few of my own videos and my own faces through the wringer.

I’ll be using the web version of FaceSwap AI for my little demo today, though it’s worth mentioning that there’s an official app available for both iOS and Android. The site itself seems really clean, probably in part to keep in line with the anti-porn rules Google and Apple both impose in their respective stores. Six Seconds of Free Custom Porno

The before-and-after samples on the VideoFaceSwap tour page look good, though they’re SFW and really nothing I haven’t seen before. They do make some unique pitches, though. Some platforms acknowledge you’re going to make custom porn, but these guys talk about circumventing copyright issues, privacy and social media applications. They also suggest the site is used by major movie studios like Sony and Disney, though I’m guessing they’re really just referring to AI face swaps in general. Tricky.

New users can make their own free Video Face Swaps up to six seconds long. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s pretty generous considering how much it costs to feed these insanely hungry robot brains. Anyway, six seconds is more than enough to see how well it does what it says on the tin.

If you want to go longer, memberships are minute-based; the high-end Pro tier includes Feature Requests as a perk, but everything else is the same between memberships. Twenty bucks monthly gets you 40 minutes, thirty gets you 120, and the $300 yearly Pro plan offers the best value with 120 minutes every month. The only question I have is whether the minutes roll over, or if they expire at the end of every 30-day period. All in all, though, I think the prices are great, and noticeably cheaper than earlier platforms.

Direct Social Media Uploads and More

It’s a similar story with the preset videos, which offer SFW mainstream content instead of the handpicked porn vids on other video face swappers. Most of you will be uploading your own X-rated content, and with a 200MB limit, you don’t have to limit yourself to the short clips from the TikTok Porn Sites I review around here. It's not the highest limit I’ve seen, but I bet it goes up with time.

I know this sounds like a really trivial, basic thing, but if you’ve played with these apps before, you’ll understand where I’m coming from. Bumping Up the Video Quality

One of the things I look for when I review these apps is how the AI reacts to hair swinging around a girl’s face, which is common in most nudie clips. The older apps would generate weirdness that gave away the vids as deepfakes, but my creations today flung their heads around with reckless abandon and without any AI fuckups.

It gets better. VideoFaceSwap can enhance your videos to Ultra HD with a simple click. Upscaling on AI sites ain’t new, but I haven’t really been impressed with it up until now. Most of the time, it just seemed to make things bigger, but the images actually get crisper and more defined here. The final product doesn’t just look like a real bit of custom amateur porn, but also like my model has a much, much nicer phone than the original.

My creations did show up in my VideoFaceSwap history, but I’m not sure how long they’ll be there since they say out front they don’t save anything. That’s a pretty standard Cover-Your-Ass policy for deepfake apps, so remember to save anything that makes you all hard and drippy so you don’t have to make it over again. Oh, and always play nice with any apps in this category so we don’t get our new toys taken away.

I’m not lying when I tell you VideoFaceSwap.ai is the most impressive deepfake video maker I’ve test driven yet. The basic features are well implemented, and they already start to outdo the other guys by letting us trim the videos right in the app. The direct uploads from social media are a nice touch, especially if you get your porn from X, but I’m more excited about the UHD upscaling. Today I made some of my most realistic deepfakes yet, and you know what? I bet they get even better.
